Proman
Situation
As one of the top male underwear brands from China, Proman was well established in Asia and many Middle-Eastern markets. Formation SD was given the challenge of revitalizing the existing Proman logo/logotype and creating new product packaging for high-end "Blue Line" series.
Challenge
Being a major industry player for decades, Proman's existing visual system was severely outdated and could no longer support its leadership image. The same situation applied to its product packaging. Brand Advantage Stage 1 was selected as the brand development program for this project.
Brand Advantage
Proman's previous logotype consisted of angular block letters that did not compliment the company's elegant rounded logo. As Proman is a high-end product, Formation SD created a smoother, much more sophisticated logo/logotype combination to heighten the company's high-end and advanced image. For the premium Proman "Blue Line" product packaging, a stylish blue/black color theme was chosen to reinforce the series' high quality image and positioning, beautifully designed on a predominantly silver packaging background.
